Service Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator for our client based in the Washington area.

You will be responsible for the coordination and day to day running of the Transport Office.

Working hours Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm

Duties include;

  • Route planning
  • Use of in house systems
  • Liaising  with Drivers and Customers
  • Dealing with complaints and Transport issues
  • Coordinating with external contractors
  • Working within a fast paced pressured environment
  • Completing and ensuring all paper is up to required standard

Candidate requirements;

  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Experience using MS packages
  • Can work well as part of a team and on own initiative
