Office Administrator

Aspen Wolf are currently recruiting for an experienced office administrator for our client based in Washington.

The main role will be to work alongside the company contracts managers and contractors to book hotel accommodation for up to 150 staff per day/week.

Must have excellent experience working with excel spreadsheets and will be required to learn the companies own bespoke online booking systems.

Suitable candidates must be able to work on own initiative and have an excellent telephone manor along with the ability to liaise with director level and various outside contractors

professionally and courteously in line with all company targets and deadlines.

This will be full time hours Monday to Friday 08:30am  – 17:00pm.

This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
