If you are unsure as to what level of course you require, you can call us to discuss and we’ll do our best to help. You can contact our Learning & Development Team on 0191 581 1000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for free advice.
The logo of the awarding body will appear on your certificate. Aspen Wolf is an accredited training centre with the following awarding bodies:
You can book a place or make a group booking by contacting us on 0191 581 1000 or email us at email@example.com
The only thing you need to bring with you will be a form of identification; either a Driving Licence, Passport or a signed Bank card.
A certificate will be issued by the relevant awarding body, upon successful completion of an accredited course.
An in-house certificate of attendance will be issued for non-accredited courses.
Usually, we would advise you to allow up to eight weeks for your certificate to arrive, but 9 times out of 10 it will be here sooner.
You can request a copy of our appeals or complaints procedures by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to us. All requests must be in writing.
Generally, all certificates are valid for 3 years and should be renewed before the expiry date on the certificate.
It is recommended, however, that after completing a First Aid at Work course you attend an annual skills update every year and then complete a 2 day refresher course before the expiry date of your certificate. If your certificate has expired you will be required to retake the full 3 day First Aid at Work course again.
Some certificates do not have an expiry date but it is still recommended that you attend a refresher course after 3 years. We would always recommend that you attend some form of refresher training in order to keep your skills up to date and to keep up to date with legislation.

You must ring the office as early as possible before you are due at work to inform us and you should also ring your Team Leader.
Failure to do so could risk your contract being terminated.
Unfortunately not. This is something that you would need to speak to HMRC about personally; we cannot speak to them for you. You can contact HMRC on 0300 200 3300.
You should really come into the office to do this as you will need to complete and sign a Change of Details form.
All we ask is that you complete your shift for the day, then contact us; that way we will be more than happy to try to find you alternative work.
Please do not leave the assignment without speaking to us first.
